Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. For this reason, we provide an extremely liberal refund policy and long, 60-day return policies.

If there’s any problem at all with your products, we will make it right. These are our terms for the returns:

    • If the product has fabrication defects or has other unpardonable problems, we offer you a refund or replacement upon a proof with a picture.
    • We don’t pay for return shipping. All shipment-related shipping charges are non-refundable. There will also be a 10% restocking fee. Every item that is returned must be in good shape and be resellable. Please get in touch with us if you need help or have queries.
    • All undelivered (unclaimed) packages will be considered returned; the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting all shipping expenses incurred during the shipment, including UPS’s return shipping fees.
